General Parking: Follow signs to the "West Concourse" parking lot located at the back of the West Concourse building, parking is $10 per car for Nutcracker attendees. Please note: The Convention Center is now cashless. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Please give yourself ample time for parking and to walk to the theater. We recommend arriving to the venue 45 to 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Valet Parking: Valet Park across the street at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and use the covered pedestrian walkway, parking fees apply.

Additional Parking Options: Park at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre Hotel or Rosen Plaza Hotel and use the covered pedestrian walkway (up to 12 minutes walking time) to the Chapin Theater. Parking fees apply.

Directions: Take I-4 to SR 528 (Beeline Expressway newly renamed to Beachline Expressway). Take Exit 1 (International Drive). At end of exit ramp turn right. The Convention Center will be on the left across from the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel. The theater is located in the West Concourse on level 3.

Box Office Hours: The box office opens 1 hour prior to the performances on December 16-17, 2023.
