Beginner Ballet: This class is ideal for adults with previous ballet experience or who have completed six months of introduction to ballet. Students should have an understanding of ballet terminology and basic combinations.
Intermediate Ballet: Ready to level up? This class is ideal for those with a solid foundation looking to refine their technique, and add a bit more of a challenge, while still having fun! You’ll work on faster-paced barre exercises, jumps, turns, and dynamic center combinations. Focused on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality, this class will help you add more variety and precision to your technique while pushing you to new heights.
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet: This is a fast-paced class for students who have been regularly taking classes for several years and have developed strong technique at the barre and center. Students should have an in-depth knowledge of ballet terminology and be proficient with center work.
Pre-Pointe/Pointe: This class offers the advanced dancer the opportunity to work on pointe or on flat. You will be guided through barre and center work with a heavy focus on alignment, ankle and foot articulation and strengthening exercises.
