Ready to level up? This class is ideal for those with a solid foundation looking to refine their technique, and add a bit more of a challenge, while still having fun!

Elizabeth Shook began her ballet training at Marin Ballet in California and went on to dance with The Pennsylvania Ballet and Boston Ballet II, performing a diverse repertoire including Études, Miss Julie, and works by Balanchine. An ABT® Certified Affiliate Teacher and fully certified in Progressing Ballet Technique®, she brings extensive expertise in both dance and movement education. In addition to her 24 years as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in pediatric therapy, Elizabeth serves on the Board of Boys Ballet Summer Intensive (BBSI) and was named Associate Director of The Movement Mentor® Program in 2024.
