Register Now for 2013/14 School Year
To aid in registering, download the Academy Enrollment form , Policies Agreement form, and Recital form to provide to the School Administrator. Please also view the Tuition Payment Plan for important information on how to receive tuition discounts and the payment plan schedule. Early Registration - Ends Saturday, June 8: Each student who registers by June 8th is guaranteed a spot in all classes for their level in the 2013/14 school year and will save $25 off the regular enrollment fee (reg. $50). To early register, the forms above must be returned to the office by June 8 along with the $25 early enrollment fee.

Class/Level Placement Students age 3-7:
Children ages 3-7 should be enrolled in classes based upon their age as of August 19, 2013. Students age 8 and older:
Students age 8 and older who are new to CFBA, will be required to attend a placement class to determine their level for the fall. To set up your child's trial class, please call the CFBA Office at 407.849.9942.
